Q: Is outside catering allowed?

A: Yes, outside caterers are allowed. However, all caterers and vendors must provide proof of insurance.

Q: What is the venue's capacity?

A: Bella Love has a maximum capacity of 180 guests and can seat up to 144 guests banquet style.

Q: What is included with the rental?

A: The rental includes:

  • Tables

  • Gold Chiavari chairs

  • Up to 10 linen color options

  • Bluetooth speakers

  • Access to dressing suites

  • Setup, teardown, and cleaning services

Q: Is there a kitchen on-site?

A: Bella Love has a small prep kitchen. However, there is no stove, so all food must be prepared off-site.

Q: Is outside beer, wine, or liquor permitted?

A: All outside beer, wine, and alcohol are prohibited. All alcoholic beverages must be provided by Bella Love Event Venue, with no exceptions.

Q: Is décor included in the rate?

A: No, décor is not included in the rental rate. However, Bella Love offers flexible décor packages to meet various needs and budgets.

Q: Can we handle our décor?

A: Yes, you may handle your décor. Bella Love does not require you to use our services. However, all vendors must provide proof of insurance.

Q: Can we set up the day before the event?

A: Yes, additional hours outside your original contract can be reserved for the regular hourly or full-day fee to allow setup the day before your event.

Q: What are the hours we’re allowed to host an event?

A: Bella Love is open for events from 10:00 to 12:00 a.m. If you’d like to extend your event past midnight, we offer additional time until 2:00 a.m. for an extra fee of $250 per hour.
