$150 an hour (4 hours required minimum rental)

 Holiday and special dates are subject to change and require a custom proposal 

A 50% deposit is required to secure the date. Cleaning fee included in the rental rate.

9:00 am - 3:00 pm or 6:00 pm - 12:00 am 

Sunday full-day

9:00 am - 10:00 pm 

Sunday half-day slots

10:00 am - 2:00 pm or  6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

 Additional time is available upon request ($100/Hr.for each extra hour) 

Any time requested after midnight is subject to a rate of $200/Hr.

Bar Service is an additional $200 for four (4) hours and $30 an hour each hour after.

Outside Alcoholic beverages will not be permitted.

 An Event Coordinator and Event designer are available at an additional cost. We also have various styles and colors of linen as well as other event decorations available for rent.
